I look at all the messes that I’ve made;
And consider all the bad seed that I’ve laid.
I’m a hopeless disaster, Lord, it’s clear to see… that
I’m worthless,… please, just let me be.

I tried so hard to live my life for You,
But I’ve done so many things I didn’t want to do.
How could You ever forgive me, Lord? It’s impossible for me to see;
I’m so worthless, Jesus,… just go away from me.

You’re worth every drop of blood I paid for you;
